Trekinetic Announce Breast Cancer Awareness Initiative

In support of October’s Breast Cancer awareness of month, Trekinetic are proud to be supporting the ‘Wear it Pink’ campaign and will be offering a free pink seat upgrade (RRP £230) to both our K2 and GTE wheelchairs as well as donating £250 to Breast Cancer Now for each order received in the month of October.

Unlike most conventional wheelchair manufacturers, Trekinetic use a carbon fibre monocoque chassis that can be moulded with almost any pigment to provide a truly eye catching finish.

Trekinetic currently offer a choice of over 200 colours but will be making a selection of pink tones available for October at no extra cost to raise awareness and support those suffering from Breast Cancer in the UK.

Each year around 11,500 lives are lost to breast cancer and unfortunately the coronavirus crisis is having a devastating impact on the ability of many charities to deliver the progress and support that so many people rely on.

Ed Spindle, Commercial Director at Trekinetic commented, “ Trekinetic are always on the lookout for new and inventive ways to support both local and national charities. We typically get quite a few requests for pink seats so thought it would be a great way for us to raise awareness and money for charity!”
