K2 Plus One – Giveaway

Terms and Conditions

  1. Promoter
     The promoter of this giveaway is Trekinetic All Terrain Limited (“Trekinetic”).
  2. Prize
     The prize consists of:
  • One Trekinetic K2 Plus One wheelchair (custom-built).
  • Up to £1,000 of additional options, as chosen by the winner.
  • Total prize value: up to £6,750 RRP, including the base chair (£5,750) and options (£1,000), including shipping where applicable.

No cash alternative is available. Trekinetic reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary. Any additional options above £1,000 must be purchased at standard RRP.

  1. Eligibility
     3.1. Entrants must be UK residents.
     3.2. Entrants must be wheelchair users or entering on behalf of an end user who is a wheelchair user, aged 6 years or older (friend, family, or carer).
     3.3. For entrants under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian must submit the entry and provide consent.
     3.4. The winner must be deemed a suitable clinical fit for the K2 Plus One and able to use it safely and regularly from delivery. Trekinetic reserves the right to redraw the winner if suitability cannot be confirmed.
     3.5. Entries can be submitted on behalf of the end user, but the user and parent/carer/guardian must attend an in-person assessment with a certified Trekinetic dealer within 45 days of the winner announcement.
     3.6. Trekinetic reserves the right to withdraw or disqualify any winner who does not meet eligibility requirements.
  2. Entry Methods
     4.1. Entries can be made via the official website form: www.trekinetic.com/k2-plus-one-giveaway.
     4.2. Entries can also be made in person at Kidz to Adultz North on 3rd December 2025.
     4.3. A maximum of 500 unique entries will be accepted.
     4.4. Only valid entries submitted through the above methods will be counted. No purchase necessary.
  3. Giveaway Period
  • Start Date: 3rd December 2025 at 09:00am (UK time)
  • End Date: 10th December 2025 at 1:00pm (UK time)

Entries received outside this period will not be counted.

  1. Winner Selection
     6.1. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
     6.2. The prize draw will take place on 11th December 2025.
     6.3. The winner must respond to notification (email or phone) within 7 days, otherwise a redraw will take place.
     6.4. Trekinetic reserves the right to redraw the winner if the selected entrant is not a suitable candidate for the K2 Plus One wheelchair.
  2. Prize Fulfilment
     7.1. The winner may configure the K2 Plus One as desired, up to £1,000 of additional options.
     7.2. The chair configuration must be finalised and ordered by 30th January 2026.
     7.3. Delivery and fitting are expected from January 2026, following the in-person assessment.
  3. General Conditions
     8.1. Trekinetic reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw the giveaway if circumstances make this unavoidable, with fair notice where possible.
     8.2. Trekinetic is not responsible for lost submissions, technical issues, or incorrect entry information.
     8.3. By entering, participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
     8.4. Any other Trekinetic offers, discounts, or promotions are not included in this giveaway unless explicitly stated.
  4. Data Protection
     9.1. Personal data collected during entry will be processed in accordance with Trekinetic’s Privacy Policy.
     9.2. Data will be used solely for administering this giveaway and will not be shared with third parties for marketing without explicit consent.
     9.3. Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to administer the promotion.
